INFARMED, I.P. has published Decision No. 630/2026, establishing mandatory quarterly reporting of medicinal cannabis cultivation and manufacturing activities.
This framework defines:
- The requirements for quarterly reporting.
- The official reporting template.
- The obligation to submit information periodically.
- Stronger traceability mechanisms throughout the value chain.
The decision applies to all entities authorised to cultivate and/or manufacture cannabis for medicinal purposes.
The aim is to strengthen control, monitoring and regulatory compliance in the sector.
