Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 5/2017, medicine and/or medical device manufacturers and distributors must report benefits granted to healthcare entities or professionals through INFARMED’s Transparency and Advertising Platform.
Benefits include any advantage or monetary value, such as awards, sponsorships, subsidies, fees and grants.
The deadline is 30 working days after granting the benefit.
