In Portugal, INFARMED Information Circular No. 061/CD/100.20.200 specifies that adhesive labels must contain only necessary Portuguese translations, such as nominal content and special precautions for use.
Mandatory information such as the product name, Responsible Person’s details, batch number and ingredients list may not be added on adhesive labels. It must appear directly on the original packaging.
