Following Portuguese Decree-Law No. 23/2025, INFARMED will shortly publish the Good Distribution Practices regulation for cosmetics, mandatory in Portugal.
It introduces obligations for distributors based in Portugal or other Member States: appointing a dedicated INFARMED contact, organised premises with segregated and identified areas, and mandatory written procedures.
