En el marco del Decreto-Ley n.\u00ba 23\/2025, INFARMED, I.P. publicar\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximamente el Reglamento de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Distribuci\u00f3n de Productos Cosm\u00e9ticos, que definir\u00e1 los principios y normas aplicables a la distribuci\u00f3n de estos productos.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccc Cabe destacar tambi\u00e9n que la propuesta de Good Distribution Practices (GDP) para productos cosm\u00e9ticos ya ha sido incluida en la base de datos TRIS de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, estando abierto el plazo de comentarios hasta el 16 de marzo.
Este reglamento se aplicar\u00e1 a las entidades que ejerzan la actividad de distribuci\u00f3n:
\u2714\ufe0f en territorio nacional;
\u2714\ufe0f o hacia Portugal, desde otro Estado miembro de la UE, con las debidas adaptaciones.<\/p>\n
