Estos productos no cumpl\u00edan la definici\u00f3n de cosm\u00e9tico establecida en el Reglamento (CE) n.\u00ba 1223\/2009 y en el Decreto-Ley n.\u00ba 23\/2025, ya que su finalidad principal no correspond\u00eda a una funci\u00f3n cosm\u00e9tica.
La clasificaci\u00f3n correcta repercute directamente en la seguridad del usuario y en el cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
