De acuerdo con el art\u00edculo 162 del Decreto-Ley n.\u00ba 176\/2006 (Estatuto del Medicamento), la distribuci\u00f3n de muestras est\u00e1 sujeta a requisitos estrictos, tales como:<\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f Solo pueden entregarse a profesionales sanitarios facultados para prescribir
\u2714\ufe0f No pueden superar la presentaci\u00f3n comercializada de menor tama\u00f1o
\u2714\ufe0f M\u00e1ximo de 4 unidades por medicamento y profesional\/a\u00f1o
\u2714\ufe0f Solo pueden distribuirse durante los 2 a\u00f1os posteriores al inicio de la comercializaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Aunque es una herramienta leg\u00edtima, la distribuci\u00f3n de muestras est\u00e1 muy regulada.<\/p>\n
