Las fichas de datos de seguridad (FDS) son obligatorias para sustancias qu\u00edmicas y mezclas en virtud del Reglamento REACH (n.\u00ba 1907\/2006) \u2014 pero \u00bfsab\u00eda que los productos cosm\u00e9ticos est\u00e1n excluidos de esta obligaci\u00f3n?
Los cosm\u00e9ticos tienen legislaci\u00f3n propia \u2014 el Reglamento n.\u00ba 1223\/2009 \u2014 que determina que la informaci\u00f3n necesaria se facilita mediante el etiquetado o un prospecto, sin recurrir a una FDS.<\/p>\n
