El INFARMED, I.P. ha publicado la Deliberaci\u00f3n n.\u00ba 630\/2026, que establece la obligaci\u00f3n de informar trimestralmente sobre las actividades de cultivo y fabricaci\u00f3n de cannabis con fines medicinales.<\/p>\n

Este nuevo marco define:
\u2714\ufe0f Los requisitos aplicables al reporte trimestral
\u2714\ufe0f El modelo oficial de reporte que debe utilizarse
\u2714\ufe0f La obligaci\u00f3n de presentar la informaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dicamente
\u2714\ufe0f Mecanismos reforzados de trazabilidad en toda la cadena de valor<\/p>\n

La deliberaci\u00f3n se aplica a todas las entidades titulares de autorizaci\u00f3n para actividades de cultivo y\/o fabricaci\u00f3n de cannabis con fines medicinales.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccc El objetivo es reforzar los mecanismos de control, supervisi\u00f3n y cumplimiento regulatorio del sector.<\/p>\n
