Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 23\/2025, INFARMED will shortly publish the Good Distribution Practices regulation for cosmetic products, defining distribution principles and standards.<\/p>\n

The draft is included in the European Commission\u2019s TRIS database, with comments open until 16 March.<\/p>\n

It will apply to entities distributing in Portugal or supplying Portugal from another EU Member State, with the necessary adaptations.<\/p>\n
