The Council of Europe\u2019s Committee of Ministers recently adopted Recommendation CM\/Rec(2026)7 on good practices for the remote and online provision of medicines.<\/p>\n

In Portugal, this service may be provided only by pharmacies and outlets selling non-prescription medicines (LVMNSRM) duly licensed by INFARMED, I.P., through authorised websites displaying the common European logo.<\/p>\n
