Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 23/2025, INFARMED will shortly publish the Good Distribution Practices regulation for cosmetic products, defining distribution principles and standards.
The draft is included in the European Commission’s TRIS database, with comments open until 16 March.
It will apply to entities distributing in Portugal or supplying Portugal from another EU Member State, with the necessary adaptations.
